Can't.

As the saying goes, power corrupts.

It's just human nature.

The Corruption of Government will not be stopped until ALL people are held accountable including the President. Libby for instance is a good example of why people have no faith in the system, even Clinton whom I adored made a mistake which should have caused him his set as President. So until we hold everyone accountable equally we will have a corrupt Government. We should have a Watchdog Organization of sorts made up of say 50 dems/50 Reps. from every State with power to attend meetin's and such.

The most serious problem that the world faces today is cited in the survey is hunger and corruption and naturrally for me those issues were discussed in the context of enterpreneurship. Also rather than dwell on the endless debates about the problem.
We stressed the corruption should not be associated with the level of poverty and stage of development.Rathere we see more of this issue in countries with relatively poorer socio_political structures and in regulated environment with vague rulles and procedures which makes the system more vulnerable so abuse.its a good thing that in this world theres increasing consiousness on how to improve corporate governance both in private and government sectors and how rules and procedures are getting to tightened to minimize rooms for corruption.
the reality whoever is that corruption still exist in almost all places in the world, although in varying degrees.Surveys in this issues should not all discouirage us but just to remind us of what we all need to do urgently so these problems should not get in the very enterpreneurs in fulfilling their vision and ambitions.they should remin focus in seeing through the realization of their business ideas and plans.
enterpreneurs can influence the government to adress the issue of corruption by stressing to those concerned the need the importance for moral transformation and good governance.Good governance creates an environment of efficiency, orderliness, and above all,it can minimize if not eradicate corruption.corruption impedes progress.A progressive nation benifits its peaple.

Simple. Stop acting corruptly toward the government.

Stop being seditious (still o.k. to protest, just be respectful), stop calling them names, stop spreading rumors, stop treating them as "guilty until proved innocent".

How many of the past two decades rumors and accusations have come to nothing? Yet people remember them and still post message based on this perception that government is corrupt.

What nonsense. The reason you see elected leaders in the news for corruption is because it's NEWS! It's something rare and unusual.

When was the last time you saw a fireman in the news for saving someone? A soccer mom, yes; a fireman, no.

Same with ex-cons vs. politicians. Isn't it interesting who ends up on the news.

Well for starters, ban lobbyists and special interest groups. If the official or official elect is barred from accepting money from either....might weed out the bad and allow the honest folks a chance at doing what is right instead of doing what was paid for.

Can be done for the good of mankind.
Just blunders and slip-ups with human errors created back in the past being expose with time.
The blunders and slip-ups with human errors of the farmer planting the wrong seeds in the creation of living human kind into mankind of intelligent design.
The mess with " The young one" looking at the mess as commission agent as an additional income to uplift their lifestyles without being aware of abusing of authority.
Can't blame them for the mess when the farmer planted the wrong seeds.
Can correct it with time and that begin with the new seeds.
The old seeds is stale and mouldy.

Abolish corporate person-hood again. Corporations are not people and should not have the same rights and should not have a part in the election process. We will never see a third or fourth party until we change the rules back.

We don't need to. Corruption is perfectly legal in the US. That's what lobbyists are for - to distribute the wealth in return for political favors.
