Did Jesus says, "Go to the Theological Seminaries and Bible Schools , there I weill sent the Holy Spirit to teach you how to be a Christian and then when you graduate you can teach others also. Is that what ou Lord says ? Of course not ! In fact He says, "you need not any man to teach you as when the Holy Spirit IS Come He will teach you and leads you into all Truths"

Yes Knockout85, Jesus was busily preparing Himself for the ministry in His earthly father business as a blue collar worker - a carpenter to be precise.
He was no extraordinary theological scholar with a Phd like those trained to be scribes and Pharasee and the Sandherin.
He was quietly communing with the Father daily and moment by moment in the silent recess of his heart . And The Father was all the time speaking, talking and teaching him as He grow in stature , in truth and in grace.

I want to follow his example not mens'

Who is able to rightly divides the Word of Truth is not men who give themselves to study the Word BUT IT'S THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT WILL TEACHE AND REVEALS TO THEM.

I say it again it's not men but The Holy Spirit ; "and whe He has comes, He will speak of Me and reveal Christ in a more and more perfect way"

The Apostle Paul told Timothy to "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Tim 2:15

To that end, those who would "divide the word of truth" (preachers for example) should go someplace to study. It is not simply a matter of being called of God. It can be done in many places and ways, but seminaries are special.

The word "Seminary" ( are you mature enough for this?) contains the same root as the word "semen" (or "seed"), because they are places where the seeds of ministry are sown and not simply where the Bible is studied ("Bible School"). While the line is being blurred somewhat, that is the distinction. And why not study for ministry where scholars spend all of their time studying how the Bible applies to this day and age for the training of preachers who will be dividing the Word of Truth for millions of people?

The word "theological" that appears in the name of some seminaries refers to the study of God. ("Theos"=God, and "-ology"=study of)

I don't know who started the first Bible School, but I suspect it was Jesus.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15

Sorry, but I don't want some guy who never spent any time studying the word of God in depth and who never learned to read the scriptures in the original languages to be the spiritual leader of my church. Jesus didn't start his earthly ministry till he was thirty do you suppose maybe he was preparing and setting an example?

Edit..
By your logic any joe off the street can be a minister and that theory doesn't work with scripture sorry.
