As a general rule, frozen veggies are better for you and tend to have more flavor over canned. However, they don't make frozen creamed corn, so if you want to make a "shepherd's pie", you need to use canned. Also, if you're in a hurry to do a bean dish and don't have time to let dried beans soak overnight, canned beans will work well in most cases.

Frozen!!!! The only canned vegetables I'll eat are canned tomatoes or canned beans, but they still need a lot of seasoning to mask the tinny taste.
Frozen vegs. are about as good as fresh, and they're already washed (I hope.)
