It depends where you are from and whether getting a visa is easy for your country or not....I am a migrant myself and lived in NZ for 5 years and 3 years in Australia.....I do not recommend NZ ....It is a small country highly reliant on agriculture and tourism income....that means their people know one thing exteremly well...and that is how to exploit foreigners....and rip off their money....don't think that they will give a job and some money?Ha.....they make you spend money there and work for free.....NZ is good only if you have lots of money to spend there and only if you are a tourist willing to see a green country with lots of sheep and cows...the nature is beautiful but people are one of the ugliest in the world...very cunning and crafty.....you will lose more that you achieve...so be careful...if you want to have some experience and be safer choose Australia....and what I recommend is apply for a uni degree or a course...get student visa....and do some studies...this way you have got something useful and at the same time work.....maybe choose a subject you like....if you study and work at the same time you will achieve more.....

You will need a working visa. For work, just look in the newspapers or go to a job centre - most are free. Try on-line for regional centres. Good luck.
