Is there a way I can by the older PhotoShop 7 ?

I really want to get photoshop but i don't have $700 to by PhotoShop CS3.

So i was hoping i could by the older one.

Ebay, or try finding a seller who was the older version. However as they upgrade software versions its highly unlikely that they will carry older versions. You could always download the photoshop CS3 trial and wait until you have enough money to buy the full version.
