Psychedelics has enlightened me much more than any science or religion. I know there is much more out there than our brains can close to even sensing. I was a completley spiritually blind at one point

In this case, acid might not be the best answer, simply because we see no question, other than, "Is acid the answer?"
"The answer to what?" we might ask...
"What is the osmotic opposite of a base?"
Acid is the answer!
Why does a slice of lemon help prevent dysentery?
Citric acid is the answer!
Besides sugar, why is Coca-cola hard on teeth?
Carbolic acid is the answer!
Why do neophyte druggies ask silly questions?
A) Zimbabwe

C) Acid

I am a survivor of the '60's, and I can tell you that as foolish as drugs were then, they are even more so now. If this drug is so enlightening, why have you not yet been shown that it is wrong to break the law? I felt obligated to try all of the drugs available at the time and thought I was growing spiritually. I was not, and one scripture sums it up: Always learning but never coming to a knowledge of the Truth.... which is Christ.

Before my conversion to Jesus Christ,I too was involved in the use of psychedelic drugs..Mescaline Mushrooms Blotter Acid and well as other psycotropics.. I can assure you that what you are experiencing is not spiritual enlightenment..you are simply exploring territories of mind,in creative enhancement,due to poisonous substances..
"Light my candles in a Daze,cause I found God" is a lie.
Spiritual enlightenment can be realized in relationship with the creator,through Jesus...check him out before your next trip to nowhere. I have visited both worlds and know the difference.

^Drugs are never the answer, if you need hallucinogen's to become more enlightened, there's something wrong. Acid doesn't enlighten it hinders your very existence, it's all an illusion. Stop dropping acid and really come into the light, and see the truth. Maybe what you're getting are acid flashes.

God will do things to your mind that no drug can ever do. There are a hundred ways if not a thousand, For angels and God to give you spiritual highs. Acid destroys the mind and the body, and takes its toll.
At the very least if a person has to take acid the fewest possible times a person takes is the best. But God has called us to be sober, not to stoned out of our minds.
and yes there is excitement in recrreational drug use, and there are experiences that go beyond description. but i guarantee you, that God has angels that do so many more things that beyond description.

Sometimes what seems like a short-cut to enlightenment is actually a detour. I hope you don't go to far off the path that you can't find your way back.

Nah, the thought of doing acid kinda creeps me out, unless I was in a locked room with no windows for me to jump out of. =)
Any why is everyone giving these religious answers? What do I need to do to get high off of God? Do I need to repent? Do I need to fast? Do I need to get down on my hands and knees and pray?

Acid can be a tool but then, a person can be as connected spiritually with the Cosmos without drugs as they were with drugs...
The genetic damage myth AND the walk off a balcony myth...my!
