I'm not sure who is touching you. Sometimes if you get chills that means to many people that the answer or what you talk about or are hearing is the truth. The touch could be one of your two angels or it could be a close friend or relative who is watching over you. It could be a guide. It could be your higher self. Possible the Holy Spirit. I cry sometimes from Holy Inspiration when listening to New Gospel music or when I have channeled a painting for God. I have also cried or teared up in a guided meditation. The smell of Roses I have been taught is Angels. You may smell tobacco sometime or hear people or Indians singing . It's a wonderful feeling isn't it mate to know that there is life after death and sometime they communicate.

I think that you are sensitive to the Holy Spirit and that is why you weep. He is touching your spirit in a deep spiritual way.

Well, I looked up the word 'conferting' and 'confert' and found no definition.

If it is God's Spirit, then know that He brings peace to those who trust Him. Trust Him through Christ for the rest of your life.

I hope you are reading the Bible.

I think it is wonderful that the Lord is touching you. Perhaps the Holy Spirit is preparing you to be and do more, which is causing you to react with tears...Praise the Lord....

Its Beautiful isn't it ♥

it is the Holy Spirit my friend! I have had many many experiences like that myself and so have many other people that I know . . . The Bible says I love those that seek me, and those who seek me early shall find me!

Keep On your relationship with the Lord, the enemy is out to destroy it!

I think you are experiencing Christ who is touching your heart in response to your prayer. I don't know what you are praying about and I can't speak for God, but it sounds like you are being comforted and reassured. When God hears our prayers and responds in our heart, it can be emotional and the emotion can cause your eyes to tear up.

I believe He's just wanting you to know that He hears and that His Spirit is always with you. Know that He never forsakes you. He will never leave you.

As you continue to seek Him you will experience more and more of His "touch"

You are lucky to experience it so fully. So many go through their life and never feel that God is with them or near them. You are blessed.

And before all those atheists give me the thumbs down I want to say one thing. I will leave you alone if you leave me alone. You can have your opinion if I am allowed mine.
