I do agree with you. I would really like to know why it seems that immigration is higher for the US than any other country. I know that I need to do some research about immigration, but where I live, it is too much. I live in a small town because the cities are too packed with immigration. What I hate the most is the illegals having children here just so that they can stay, because who is going to break up a family with a child born in the US. What can really be done about this? Seems like no one in power is willing to take hold of this issue, and it really kind of pisses me off.

Dear Glittterbabe,
Please be a Martyr and fight to make Mexico a better place to live. We are all proud of our homelands. The problem is I know employers are replacing American jobs with illegal immigrants. Even you can not justify an illegal immigrant working in a job that an American will do. Which is everything. I have the right to seek employment and compete for jobs with fellow Americans within my own country. I will not stand by and let people who do not belong in my country take my chance to earn a living away.
Remember even an illegal immigrant worker can replace an illegal immigrant worker. We have to draw the line some place , babe !!!!!!!

I say your country has fallen victim of its own propaganda. Too many hollywood seasons have teached the world that america is LIEK the best place to be.
Then come the ones that say that america was built by inmigrants. Yeah, we know, so what? Move on, because the inmigrants that built america are NOT the same inmigrants sneaking in. Looks like they are trying to get credit for something someone else did.
Second, the whole "the economy needs workers" thingy. Bringing foreign workers into the country just because the economy needs them is nothing but slavery. What was a slave back then, if not an imported cheap worker? If you support inmigration for economic reasons, you also support slavery.
Third, the "you are racist if you dont want brown people around you". Well, thats exactly the point! People have a right to be racist and in a so-called democracy if the country is racist, so should be the government.
Final argument: "We need diversity". Hmm... why?

it could be magnificent - besides the indisputable fact that it is not reasonable. Vincente Fox and Mexico advantages from the present situation. The uneducated workers visit the U. S., earn 10 x as much as they might in Mexico and then the staff deliver a sturdy element of their pay back to Mexico. unlawful Immigration is the biggest source of income over the different industry in Mexico. we actually won't be in a position to tension yet another usa to do something. we are able to ask and artwork with the aid of diplomatic channels - yet there is no assure something might get executed. I stay close to Dallas, Texas and the huge County medical institution those days sent Mexico a invoice for over $20 million for care provided to Mexican electorate in Dallas. It became into greater symbolic than something - no person thinks Mexico will pay up - yet this illustrated basically how plenty this occasion is costing us in funds and stretching our supplies. the area is out of hand and we'd desire to preserve our border.

I don't know how things work in the state you live in, but in mine illegals are not allowed to receive any government assistance. They have it so they can not go to the ER if they need emergency care. They can get WIC, but as far as food stamps they cannot get those. All medical assistance for children of illegals came to a stop a while back. We do have a problem, but we cannot blame it on them. It's so easy to place blame on the unfortunate. That is the problem with our country, we have been taught to use people, and take advantage of those less fortunate.

I'd like to point out that the 'founding fathers' did not create a milkable system - not unless you consider FDR a founding father, anyway.
Illegal immigration does cause considerable social, polictical, economic, law-enforcement, and security issues that could be eliminate if immigration were taking place legally, instead. While decreasing illegal immigration is a laudible goal, increasing legal immigration would also be a positive.

This country is founded on immigrants - but they came through the system "legally." The problem is the illegals are hard working people who are doing work that our "unemployed" minorities refuse to do. Those people prefer the welfare system and don't have the same work ethic as these hard working illegals. I'm just torn with this issue.

I once thought as you did but then I found out what they really do. They really are doing to jobs that we don't want to do. It is because of them that we have an economical leading edge against many other industrialized countries. They provide us with a solid and large backbone of factory and manufacturing workers. Many countries do not have this and therefore are forced to rely on other countries to get many of the basic necessities which their citizens need. All we can do now is just efficiently and effectively assimilate the immigrants into our society with open arms for they are truly indispensable.

Our country has a lot of problems. Immigration is just one problem. How many people do you know that is on welfare, food stamps, disability? Now of those people, how many of them are hispanic? Caucasian? African American? So many Americans are taking taking taking from the government. Having multiple babies so that they can get money and not have to work. I don't like the illegals coming here and taking what is not theirs, but boy, the americans are doing their share of bad deeds too.

I'm really going to believe anything that a Klans man has to say. They have killed people too.
In my state illegals are not allowed to use government assistance. Our founding fathers were immigrants too!! But unfortnately their were no laws to keep them from hurting the indians that this land belongs to in the first place. So don't hand us this sh iot. This was never our land to begin with we took it from those that were born on this soil. Unless your family lineage is strictly indian than you need to shut up.
