How is Delta Airlines and their codeshare partners's sevices?

What are thier flights like? how is the service? food? all that you can think of please.

I'm flying with them from Ottawa Canada (YOW) to Atlanta< Georgia (ATL) and then to Monterrey Mexico (MTY)

I was told by a friend of mine who had travelled by Delta Airlines that their inflight service is very poor.

The flights are ok but they lose my luggage every time I fly with them.
