I have Albino budgie, how can one tell what sex it is. So far it displays characteristics of female. The cere is almost colourless and legs are pink. So far I am going on behaviour which leads me to believe it is a female.

A male albino budgie will have a lavender coloured cere when in breeding condition, and pink when out of breeding condition...A female albino will have a nice chocolate coloured cere when in breeding condition and a white w/tint of blue when out of breeding condition.

The cere will be more violet or bluish in a male. If it is a baby, it can be hard to tell. At 6 months old or so you should be able to tell.

Well here is some info for ya
Female- Brown or Tan nose
Male-Blue Purple nose

If it's nose has not yet turned a color, wait a few weeks more and it will soon turn a color.
