i want to do some kind of kick boxing and eventuly fight comation
with good selfdefence

kickboxing, boxing, thai boxing, savate, sports judo, american style wrestling, olympic style wrestleing

those are the ones that will get you in the ring or fighting an opponent the quickest

I would try kick boxing first for fighting and then if you like that go on to Maui Tai. Some fighters do and some don't depending on their skills and attitude towards leg kicks and knees and elbows and the intense leg training that Maui Tai fighters go through. As for self-defense both give you a very limited ability since they don't deal with ground fighting, breaking of holds, joint locks, chokes, or submission holds.

Just try what's offered in your area and see if it's a good fit for you. Most good schools will let you come to a couple of classes for free to see how you like it. If not, you can at least watch a few classes to see if it's what you want to learn.

kick boxing is very good to keep you healthy and strong then learn also aikido and combine the two to make your movement graceful and very suave

just go for ordinary kickboxing classes! if you get good and enjoy it you can try muay thai! good luck
