I am 14, about 5"4 and 150 pounds. But no matter how hard I try, I can't lose weight! I'v been doing all this good stuff for about 3 weeks and no results yet. Somebody, explain why!

Sometimes it just takes longer than three weeks. Just keep it up and remember.... eat less... exercise more... do it forever. Good luck.

First of all, you have to exercise! Eating good stuff alone aint gonna do it for you. Get a calorie counter, write down how many calories you eat a day. And your object, is to burn more calories then you eat when you work out. It's really hard, I know, but that's the only way you are going to lose weight! Why not ask your mom or dad for an aerobics video or machine for your b day?? Good luck hun.

It's really hard to say since you aren't more specific about your diet and exercise.
Don't expect you to lose weight immediately. Sometimes it can take a few weeks for your body to kick in before you see results. In fact, I've been in the same boat as you, I was at the same weight for about a month, then all of a sudden, I dropped 3lbs.

If you need more specific information, you should give us a little more info as to what exactly your diet and exerrcise programs consists of.

It will take a while it take like 30-60 days and then it just drops off.

Eat less, more exercise. Lots of water.

well if you have been keeping the same schedule every day, that explains it. try to change your schedule every day, 1,2,3 times a week. im 12 and im overweight so maybe we can help each other. if you want help, and willing to help me lose weight, e0mail me or IM me.
