i`ve got a friend who thinks she was wrongfully accused by a handful of officers.she was one of three that were charged all the same.the charges are the same with all of them.i am a witness to the incident that had happened between the officers and the three involved.i guess what i`m asking is is it not worth sueing an officer or is it just impossible to do?i know everyone looks up to officers of the law and all but i truely feel she was wrongfully accused...

Your friend should speak to a lawyer who regularly handles false arrest cases.

You go in and talk to several lawyers who specialize in this type of case. And base your decision on their recommendations. Yes, it will cost you money to do that. But so will taking a case to court that you have no chance of winning.

Go see an attorney and they will tell you whether or not you have a case....if they think you have a case that will win they'll let you know because they won't waste their time on something that probably won't get anywhere.

theres so many americans each day wrongly accused, arrested and charged....IF SHES INNOCENT BEAT THE CASE IN COURT... why do we live in a society where er'one wants to sue someone?...

you will have to see a very good lawyer good luck trying to find one willing to go up against the cops
