Not necessarily. I worked in child protective services for over 35 years and saw many babies who were the products of incestuous relationships. Most were normal. There is a higher risk of birth defects for these children, but that does not occur every time.

No my sister my brother had a baby n the baby is 100% healthy no abnormalities n very pretty we got the same mom but different dads so im not sure how my sis dad genes is or my brothers dads genes as well

Yes! My sister is a NICU nurse and she just cared for a little baby that died b/c she was incest. She had offset ears, no neck, no arms, hands sticking out of her shoulders, and many many many internal problems. This was the couple's third child to die in the NICU b/c of the same type of problems. The parent's were 1st cousins.

It's a possibility a brother impregnating his sis and causing her to have a child, the genetic make up of that child would be a little abnormal.
