How can I be a “born” sinner when I didn’t start sinning till the age of 13?

Jews do not believe in the existence of Original Sin. The concept of Original Sin simply states that because Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, they brought Death into the world. Every human being dies because Adam and Eve committed a sin, and for their sin, all humans are punished with death. However, the Bible describes something entirely different. Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden of Eden because if they remained, they could eat the fruit of the Tree of Life, which would make them IMmortal. If Adam and Eve had to eat the fruit of the Tree of Life to become IMmortal, then they were created mortal to begin with. They did not bring Death into the world, and we don't die because they sinned. As a matter of Biblical fact, the answer to Question One shows that one person cannot die as the punishment for the sins committed by another. We die because Death is a natural part of existence, and has been since from the moment the first human beings were created. That is why God told the animals, before Adam and Eve ate the fruit from The Tree Of The Knowledge Of Good And Evil, to be fruitful and to multiply, since they needed to replace themselves. God also told the same thing to Adam and Eve before they ate that fruit as well.

Because you were born into a world of Sin... Back before adam and eve ate of the tree of good and evil, if a child were to be born, it would be born into sinlessness.. if thats even a word lol... But because there is sin in this world, you are born into sin

I don't think anyone is born a sinner.
Everyone is pure at heart when they are born.
What did you do at 13?
You can ask for forgiveness and you will be forgiven.
That is the good thing.
People that are in their teens do lots of stuff that they regret and that is what is good about forgiveness.
You ask for forgiveness and you forgive others, that's how you get along in this world. If you hold grudges you will be a very unhappy person.
Remeber that, if nothing else.

I was confessing sins by age 8...Catholics start young I guess. :)

Yes, all people inherited sin from Adam and Eve, specifically Adam. Romans 5:12 speaks to this, “Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned.” Romans 5:19a declares further, “For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners…” Adam and Eve were made in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-27). As a result, all human beings are also in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 9:6). However, we are also in the image and likeness of Adam (Genesis 5:3). When Adam fell into sin, that resulted in every one of his descendants also being “infected” with sin (Psalm 51:5).

The fact that we are born sinners results in the fact that we all sin. Notice the progression in Romans 5:12: Sin entered the world through Adam, death follows sin, death comes to all people, all people sin because they inherit sin from Adam. Thankfully, Jesus Christ is the Savior from sin! “O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 7:24-25a).

If your talking in a method of religion, its an idea that was made in my opinion, to help the church keep control over you, after all how can you not be scared if when your born, your condemned to hell? its true, you start life damned and have to prove yourself worthy of going to heaven. I'm agnostic and do not believe in this. If you were not talking about Christianity, then i apologize.

EveryBody is born that way since Adam messed his up and passed it down the line.
That messed up spirit will keep you out of Heaven if you don't get that thing Recreated.
Religion cannot Recreate you.

Because the Chriatian church used 'sin, and the threat of 'damnation' to keep control.
You cant sin, because sin is an imaginary concept, thought up by followers of religions that believe in an unpoven (unprovable) entity.
