You should always eat something before taking any kind of pain killer. A couple of years ago I injured my ankle really badly and had to take a lot of tylenol and motrin. I didn't even think it could cause a problem, but i ended up with an ulcer in my stomach on top of the ankle injury. didn't enjoy it.

There is no danger of taking it on an empty stomach.

There are not any real dangers but if you are still hesitant take it with a glass of milk. The milk will coat your stomach.

I dont believe that there are any dangers.. Just that it wont work so well. It will take longer to digest, therefore it'd take longer to work.
