Gatorade has more salt than Powerade which helps your body replace the salt it loses in sweat. also Gatorade is only 6% sugar where as Powerade is 8%. Also both drinks use different kinds of sugars.

gatorade was not only made by the better people (go gators) but its the original one. personally i think gatorade tastes better and hydrates better. powerade is just a knock off brand that succeeded.

Nutritionally, not much. Powerade is sweeter than Gatorade and is made by the Coca-cola company.

Yes gatorade hydrates better and is scientificly proven to help hydrate you. powerade is just full of sugar adn other crap. If you need to be hydrated then definetlly gatorade.

well both are manufactured by different companies..
They have different tastes..
And one recieves A LOT more advertising (aka Gatorade).
