Honestly, diet pills dont work. It would be a terrible investment for you to buy some. Your going to have to do it the old fashioned way, eating healthy.

Pills by themselves don't necessarily provide the best approach to weight managment. What's needed is comprehensive, lifestyle change involving a diet, exercise, stress reduction AND nutritional supplementation.

You can get more information on a systemized approach (including supplements) to safely loosing weight at this site:

There isn't a magic pill that's safe. The only safe, healthy way to lose is self discipline...diet and exercise.

There is the new weight loss pill that you can get over the counter like at walmart, or any drug store it is called " Alli".
It really works , BUT THERE ARE SIDE EFFECTS that you want to look into first before trying it. The cost range from 49.99 to 69.99.

Be a kid yet again! When eating out, order some sort of child’s sandwich, pizza or burger. Then you can have the treats you're keen on, while reducing your portions and lowering your calorie intake.

Music enables you to eat more. According to research by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your dinner, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

ALLI is the new FDA approved drug for weight lose. But it's no magic pill just impedes the absorption of fat. It's not that expensive either compaired to drugs that don't work or hardly work.

Proactol is our top recommend.
it works like Alli without the side effects (treatment effects) helping bind up to 28% of your fat intake. Its 100% guaranteed and right now they have a free 5 day trial, it must be good if you only need a 5 day trial to buy more.

Purchase smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is really a lot easier – those diminutive helpings suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to enjoy less.
