Having uncontrolled immigration where people are unscreened before they enter the country is a debateable negative.
I wouldn't mind it if we could at least screen these people as they enter, but of course, that won't happen so we have to send back the good majority, with the bad minority.
Really, we are at the point now, where the only people that will be leaving, are those that work. The one's that will likely stay are those that have less than lawful means to do so. It will be easier to find the "bad actors" afterwards though.

Name a job that Americans won't do. You think that Americans won't do it because YOU won't do it. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS don't pay taxes, unless they go to the store. Do you honestly think that illegal immigration does not hurt this country?!?! Sure, SOME of the illegals are trying to better their families, but they are still breaking the law. I HATE Paris Hilton, but she went to jail because she broke the law. Why is it that people don't see the word "ILLEGAL". And how can ILLEGAL immigrants even have a right to ANYTHING. They are not Americans. My wife's family spent thousands trying to get here and only my wife was able to get nationalized. ILLEGAL immigrants are probably going to get free nationalizations. THATS NOT FAIR to anyone who did it legally.

A Rice University professor took all things into consideration--costs plus return--and estimated the net to be an EXPENSE of $24 billion annually to the taxpayer.
The catch? 10 years ago
Factor in the increase in the sheer numbers of illegal aliens....then factor in inflationary trend....and the number must easily be $35B by now.

In my own opinions yes and no, let me tell you something a lot of farmers are illegal and got small salary and that's what the owner prefers to,if the owner will give all the benefits to all the legal one I my self maybe a farmer to I don't mind working in a farm as long got all the benefit, the point is nobody want to pay the price for $5.00 lettuce instead we prefer to pay $1.00 and that's what we got from the illegal ones, and we thought we save but wrong we pay all there medical and some other benefits trough our taxes, and we allow it so whos to blame?

They do both. They do benefit the economy by providing cheap labor, but they hurt the taxpayer because they use tens of billions of taxpayer funded services every year. IN effect, the taxpayers are subsidizing businesses by providing free schooling, free meals, free health care, medicaid, housing assistance and other benefits to the illegal aliens.

First of all, almost everyone is confused on the illegal immigration subject. Illegal immigration exists not just in the USA, but every other country in the world. It's only a problem when criminals get through the borders unchecked which is really a small percentage, by the way. Most illegal immigrants HAVE TO PAY TAXES. Yes, I know that's hard for you ignorant people with a 3rd grade education to understand but it's true. Illegal immigrants not only pay payroll taxes but they contribute significantly to Social Security and Medicare. All of which they will never see upon retirement. Yes, social services are affected by illegal immigrants but since they are paying for the baby boomers to retire, I'd say it's a wash.......
PS. Companies like Ford and GMC are going bankrupt because they employ LEGAL citizens who use the Union to drive up wages costing all of us money......that's who we need to get rid of...the Union.
