I know its just a bird and it doesn't matter much but the cute little guy could die. He fell out of his nest and now his neck is nearly broked I put him in a old cage thing with a towel, food, and water but I don't know what do to... He's out in my sideyard. He might not make it 'cause he had a brother who died by falling out. I haven't seen the mom or the dad dove. I don't know what do to with him...
I'm feeding him oats but is that the right thing? What should I do???

Just get out the shovel. Sorry, I love animals, but right now, that's how I feel. If it was a bald eagle or something, I'd say different.

Best case scenario: call a vet

Note: If his neck is broken or he has any internal injuries you do not want to be feeding him. Get him to an emergency vet if you have to - if he is that bad, he is suffering.

Next best: call your local wildlife rescue organization. Some of them have 24-hour hotlines. They have specially trained people there who can advise you over the phone. If it should become necessary for you to take the birds in to them, be sure and make a donation, however small. Most of these organizations are on a very tiny budget and often the workers pay for supplies for the animals out of their own pocket, rather than see them suffer. So make a donation, however small.

If he is that badly injured, he needs to be put to sleep. Take him to a local emergency vet and they'll know what to do for him. At least he won't suffer any longer. Most vets don't charge for this, but you might want to call first.
