Any guys out there that work in the heat ever get a chaffing or rub rash around their groin? Please help if anyone has found a cure or method of prevention.

Have tried powder and diaper rash ointment. can get some relief but only temporary.seems to come back almost daily.

I use the same cream as for nappy (Diapper) rash on a baby - works a treat.

Talcum powder is also good

It sounds like you have jock itch, which women also can get. It is a common fungal infection that affects you in areas you sweat and don't get a lot of air. It is also related to athletes foot. Go to Wal-Mart. They sell a few different over the counter ointments to put on it.

Gold Bond medicated powder works quite well.
