see my previous question re the Jew s coming from

Sadducees--cause the Sad's also believed that there was no

resurrection from the dead --so they rejected Jesus of course -

-but the Pharisees would not have a problem with that --there were sooo many eye witnessess too.

so the Pharisees tended to become Christian the Sad's did not and remain stubbborn and blind to this day

"...to this day???" There are neither Sadducees nor Pharisees today!

Mark S. is right. Why don't you try studying Judaism for a change instead of teaching something you don't understand?

No, he is right and you are mistaken.

Very few Jews in Jesus time or after became Christians.

The reason for that has to do with the fact he failed as the Messiah and latter was turned into a divine being. Something antithetical to Judaism.

the Sadducee's as a movement effectively died out around the third century.

The Pharisees did not and became the predecessors of Rabbinic Judaism, which is what 99% of Judaism follows today.

I suggest you do some more reasearch. Jews do not reject the concept of ressurection, the do reject Jesus because he failed to be the Messiah.

No, he's right and you're wrong. Rabbinical Judaism comes form the Pharisees. Karaite Judaism (look it up) come from the Sadducees.

Rabbinical Judaism has no problem with resurrection of the dead, just as the Pharisees did not. We rejected J*sus for separate reasons. We believe that when Moshiach (messiah) comes, the dead will be raised from the Mount of Olives and they will walk into Eir David. We do not believe that Moshiach himself will be resurrected from the dead, because if he dies, he is not moshiach.
