Use MORE sunblock on a cloudy day!! The clouds lock the UV rays into the atmosphere so you are actually getting more sun exposure. My friends and I once did not wear sunscreen when it was hot but cloudy and we all turned tomato red.

Hy!
Well i would like to say is that you should use sunblock everytime for a healthy looking, freckles- less skin!!!
"We need to apply sunblock cream half-an-hour before going out into the sun and to use a sufficient quantity so that the skin is completely greased after the cream has been rubbed in. "
It is the UVB radiation of the sun that affects our topmost layer of skin, and that is the reason why we form melanin. The UVA radiation of the sun penetrates deeper down into the connective tissue of the skin and causes the skin to age prematurely. However, the effect of the sun's rays depends on where we are, how strong the radiation is, and what type of skin we have.
To get the most possible out of the sun without burning and increasing the risk of contracting skin cancer later in life, it is best to tan slowly.
This is best done by avoiding the sun between noon and 3pm, staying in the shade as much as possible and using sunblock cream.
ok! Bye!

Yes! The uva and uvb rays cut through clouds. While a cloudy day may feel good to you, you can still get burned or suffer the effects of the sun's damaging rays.

Yes. Just because the sun isn't visible doesn't mean it can't burn you. That's usually when I get burned because I don't think the sun can get me but it does anyway so I would.
