Can you make it into a Chocolate Quesedilla? If so - use 2 tortillas, on the inside use a combo of 1/2 semi-sweet chocolate chips & 1/2 white chocolate chips (or whatever other flavor you desire). Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mixture. Cook until toasted on each side. Enjoy!

My mom used to spread a tortilla with butter, and then cinnamon and sugar and put it under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes - it gets crispy and yummy!
As for a main meal, here's my fav:
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 can Campbell's Southwestern Cream of Chicken with green Chiles (or a can of cream of chicken and a can of diced green chiles)
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 14 oz can chicken meat
1 lb shredded cheese - preferrably a white cheese - jack or moz are best
1 sm can green enchilada sauce.
Mix the sour cream, soup, and chicken together - then layer the casserole: flour tortilla, soup mixture, cheese, green sauce, repeat - top with cheese and olives if you like - bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes to warm through -
This recipe is best if you make it the day before, so that the liquids soak into the tortillas a little...

Tortilla Meal: Brown a pound of ground beef and add taco seasoning to it. Add a can of red beans to the beef. Get a glass baking dish and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lay a tortilla down in the dish and spread some Cheese Con Queso dip/spread on the tortilla. Add a layer of the beef and beans. Place another tortilla on top and continue the same process until you have about 3-4 layers. On the top layer just spread the cheese con queso and over top of that spread salsa. Bake in the oven at 450 for about 15-20 minutes. Take it out, let it cool and enjoy.
Also try using: Sour cream, guacamole, refried beans, peppers, etc.
My boyfriend and I love this recipe and its so quick and easy.
As for your tortilla snack, just get creative and have fun with it. Try making a peanutbutter and banana sandwich out of it and toast it in a skillet. Or try making smores by placing a few marshmellows on the tortilla, then a few pieces of chocolate, chocolate chips, or even chocolate syrup. Then crumble a graham cracker over top...fold the tortilla in half, and toast it in the skillet just the same.
Goodluck :-)

Make bacon, scrambled egg and cheese burritos. Serve with salsa. You can also use sausage, and add onions, peppers, tomatoes, even hash browns.
Cover in butter and cinnamon. Put under the broiler until bubbly.
Or try this recipe:
TORTILLA ROLLUPS
1 (10 ct.) pkg. burrito tortillas
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 bunches green onions
12 to 14 green olives
12 to 14 ripe olives
1/2 c. pecans
Dash of garlic powder
Put all ingredients except tortillas and cream cheese through food chopper. (Process until very fine.) Mix with cream cheese. Cut rounded edges from tortillas. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas and roll. Chill. Cut into slices and serve with picante sauce.

2. Add in vinegar.
3. Chop onion and add to dish.
4. Chop cilantro and add to dish.
5. Finish with Salt and Pepper.
6. Stir all together in dish.
7. Heat Tortilla up
8. Add dip into tortilla and enjoy!
------------------Quick Tortilla Chips Snack
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
2 parts salsa (as hot as you like, hotter goes better in this case)
1 part hummus (I've used regular and roasted red pepper)
chopped leek
diced red pepper
tortilla chips
Directions:
Pretty easy, just chop the red pepper and leek (you could also try other veggies, this is all I had).
Mix the salsa, hummus and veggies together.
Serve with tortilla chips, you could also use soy cheese and melt it under the broiler, I personally don't really like the stuff. I topped mine with a bit of sauerkraut.
Enjoy!
Serves: as much as you want
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
---------------------Baked Tortilla Chips
INGREDIENTS:
* 8 fat free flour tortillas
* Cooking spray
* 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay out tortillas and briefly spray both sides with oil. Add chili powder if desired. Cut each tortilla into eight triangles. Bake on cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
Makes 8-10 servings.
--------------Flour Tortillas
Ingredients:
* 3 cups of white all purpose flour
* ½ tsp of salt
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ cup of lard or vegtable shortening
* 1 cup of hot water
Instructions:
Mix the flour and salt. Mix in the lard by hand until the mixture resembles small peas. Add the water slowly until you have a soft elastic ball. You may need to add a little more or less water, but do it slowly. You may not really need as much water as you think you do. Knead until smooth. Cover with a damp towel and then let rest 15 minutes.
Make about 7-9 equal size balls. Flatten and roll each ball into a flat round disk. Cook on a very hot cast iron skillet. No oil is necessary. Flip when bottom side is golden, the top should be bubbling slightly when ready. Use a spatula to lift the edge and check for doneness before flipping completely. Keep the cooked tortillas warm by covering with a damp towel while you continue to cook.
------------Wheat Tortillas
To make wheat tortillas, use the above flour tortilla recipe and substitute wheat flour for 1/4 to 2/3 of the white flour. Wheat flour is a little tougher, so the amount used is based on your personal taste. You may substitute, all the white flour if you wish but use less than called for.
---------------Corn Tortillas
Unlike four tortillas, corn Tortillas usually do not contain any added oil. They can be made with corn flour, but the traditional recipe uses something called masa harina or masa flour.
Masa harina is made from corn soaked in lime and then dried and ground into a powder. I know it doesn't sound very appetizing, but masa is a traditional ingredient in many dough containing Latin American dishes, such as tortillas and tamales. Masa can be found in any Hispanic neighborhood and some larger supermarkets as well. The brand I usually buy is made by Quaker, an American company. Many hot sauce catalogs also sell masa, though usually at an exorbitant price. If you can not find masa, try the recipe with regular corn flour (not corn meal or corn starch). The results are acceptable, but they are not authentic in taste and usually tougher in texture than tortillas made with masa.
Ingredients:
* 2 cups masa harina or corn flour
* 1 ¼ cups hot water
Instructions:
Mix masa and water by hand until all of the tortilla mix is moistened and a dough forms. Add more water if necessary. Cover with damp towel and let rest 10 minutes.
Make about 12 one inch balls. Flatten and roll each ball into a tortilla. Cook on a very hot cast iron skillet. No oil is necessary. Flip when the edge starts to stiffen and the top looks dry. Use a spatula to lift the edge and check for doneness before flipping completely. Keep the cooked tortillas warm by covering with a damp towel while you continue to cook.
---------------Tortilla soup
Ingredients:
* 4 or more tortillas
* 4 cups of chicken broth
* 2 tsp oil
* 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
* 1/3 cup chopped onion
* 10 oz (1 can) of chopped tomatoes and green chiles
* 4 oz (1 small can) chopped green chiles
* 1 lime
* 1 tsp lime juice.
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pan. Sauté the onion until translucent. Add chiles, broth, chicken, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in lime juice and optionally salt and pepper. Pour into soup bowls and add tortilla cut in slices. Garnish with lime slice.
It is best to use tortillas that were rolled slightly thick for this recipe. If you use thin tortillas, fry them in a small amount of oil before adding to the soup.
****tortilla cooking hints:
* Practice making tortillas before you make them for guests. Its not difficult, but it does take a few times before you get the "feel" for the dough.
* Only flip once. For some reason, they do not taste good at all if flipped several times during cooking.
* Don't worry about a few burnt spots, they actually add flavor. Trust me on this. But remember I did say a few.
* I have never had good results cooking tortillas on something other than cast iron.
* If the only tortillas you are familiar with come from taco bell, you may not be aware that not all tortillas are paper thin. You may roll your tortilla to about ¼ inch thickness. Any thicker than that and the outside burns before the inside cooks. Thin tortillas are used in fajitas and similar dishes. Thicker tortillas are common in soups and other dishes where they will be soaked.
* Don't have a rolling pin? I use a wine bottle. My neighbor swears she uses an old clean broomstick.
* When rolling out your tortilla, some people find it easier/neater to put the dough ball in between two sheets of wax paper. Another alternative is to put it in a small plastic bag and then flatten it out.
* Old stale tortillas go great in soup.
