Try WATCHING the movie, and NOT making out like a couple of horny rabbits in heat...
Why get started in public, when things can ONLY go so far before you have to stop (or you get kicked out) - try renting something at home, where things can go AS FAR AS YOU WANT!!! ;);););)

Have fun with him if he's not shy. When it's really quiet, say kind of loud "No. I will not make love with you in the movie theater. That's not appropriate." Or.. if he pays for the movie, ask out loud "Who's credit card are you using this time?" Or.. say loudly during the movie "I'm your sister, that's not appropriate!" This will at least make the night interesting.. If you're trying to do something else.. Sit in the very middle or front of the theater and kiss and make out off and on during the movie.
