Feed them to a horse. Better still get the horse to graze on the grass before you cut it.

Ride the horse or get it to pull a cart.

A little old fashioned but it works.

Sure, it can be done. Any carbon containing material can be converted to fuel via gasification followed by FT synthesis. It would just cost more than conventional fuels.

You could if you could mimic the biological process that cows use, then you could use the grass clippings to create methane.
