Well there is some evidence of fossilized life on Mars. Life seems to occupy any space it can from everything we can tell. There is no reason to think that it isn't someplace else in the trillions of stars that are out there. At this point the ponderance of the evidence is that it would be.
Now if you mean the little green men in UFOs I don't believe in them either.

If you mean "Why do some people believe that aliens might exist out there?", that's because it's quite reasonable that they would.
If you mean "Why do some people believe that they have a personal relationship with aliens who will save them when the world comes to an end, and why do those people devote their lives to that belief?", you'll have to ask them. They're over there, standing with the folks who believe in God.

i'm having a tough time examining your question for loss of punctuation, yet permit me see if i've got have been given this genuine: I could desire to have faith on your god because of the fact i won't be able to coach he does not exist? Uh... it is not a sturdy reason, sorry. I lack theory in issues for which there is not any evidence, and could exchange my suggestions if and whilst suggested evidence incorporates gentle. no longer any opposite direction around. you're claiming there is not any evidence that your god is made up, on an identical time as there is evidence that each and every physique of humanity's different gods are. the place is this evidence, pray tell? Any evidence that a deity is a human invention additionally applies on your god. I see no distinction. the load of evidence is on you right here, no longer on atheists. staggering claims require staggering evidence. And do no longer forget that "evidence" and evidence" are no longer the comparable element. "evidence" will no longer ensue the two way; that's no longer arithmetic. There maximum truly IS evidence, in spite of the undeniable fact that, that god does not exist. And NO evidence that he does.

it is a good question really. i don't believe in aliens as such. i don't think it's the same as belief in god, anyway. there is no scientific evidence for the alleged mode of existence of god, let alone for god. whereas the existence of life on earth, and the probability of finding conditions like those on earth elsewhere in the universe is sufficient to show that alien life is possible. to put it simply, aliens would be a natural phenomenon - interesting, but would not really change our view of science. god is not like that i think.

Well for me, the fact that life arose here, and given the number of planets in the universe, the probability that life arose somewhere else is pretty good.
This is unlike the chance of god existing. Of course, as of right now, I don't believe in god or aliens, but both are possible. One is just more probable than the other.

I don't believe aliens have visited earth, for the exact reason that you have stated, there is no evidence.
However, to believe that life exists on other planets is not so absurd. As evidence we have the fact that life formed on our planet, which is nothing extra-ordinary, and there are billions and billions of planets like ours out there in the universe.
The Drake equation estimates the number of civilisations in our galaxy alone (there are billions of galaxys), and although speculative provides a good hypothesis for the existence of extra-terrestrial life:

I believe in Aliens (Other worldy beings) because, just think about it:
The sun is a star, and around the sun there are many planets, so, all of those other stars out there have planets (must have, at least a few) and out of ALL of those other planets, there MUST be a few planets with other creatures! Badda Bing!
Another Question: How come someone who believes in a higher power won't believe in Aliens?

They're deluded.
Alien life is a probability - far more of a probability than the existence of god - but it's never made its way to earth. Anyone thinking otherwise is fooling themselves.

I don't believe in god as there is no evidence.
I don't believe aliens have made contact with earth because there is no evidence.
I accept that there is a very small possibility god might exist.
I accept that there is a larger possibility aliens might exist.
Is there something illogical in this?

I don't "believe" in aliens. However I think the probability of their existence is much greater than the possibility of any god's.
