I agree with the first answer. It is very strange and perhaps she does need to see the doctor. Diaper wipes are for babies and Treehouse television are for babies to about five years of age. As for the accidents, what time of the day do they happen? If it happens during the night (urine accidents) then it might be time to go and see the doctor, but, sometimes it's normal for children to wet their beds at that age, but once they turn nine, well, then there might be a problem.
As for the daytime, that's not too good.
I am no parent, so I can't really say much, but hopefully I helped.

I am definetly not trying be rude, but ith all respect, that is not normal. You should take her to a pediatrician. The diaper wipes should just stop being available to her, and the bed weting could be a condition. My old friends brother is 11 and still wets his bed. no facy name, hes just a bed wetter. MAybe your ocusin is one of the kids that needs those Good Nites, almost like big kid diapers, just incase. They only go on at nite. For sleepovers and such, or if shes just more comftorable knowing shes protected from an accident, they work very well.
Hope i helped ~!*

Using wipes after using the restroom is normal. Alot of ppl just like to feel clean after having a BM. She is still a child and I'd rather a child watch cartoons than most stuff thats shown today. Does she have a mental disability? She could have a weak bladder. She just needs to go to the restroom even without feeling the urge and before she goes to bed at night and first thing in the morning it may help. Good Luck

If you are honestly concerned, you should talk to her parents instead of people on Y/A who don't know her.
In fact, it's not that abnormal for 9yo's to have wet accidents sometimes, and I know adults who use wipes after a bowel movement. *I* watch spongebob, and I'm in my 30's, so if she wants to watch Treehouse, then more power to her. At least she knows what she wants.

Sounds like she needs help. By the time someone is 9 they should be able to control themselves. As far as using diaper wipes, I don't see a problem with that. At least she is getting herself clean.

Maybe she has a stomach or bowel problem. The parents need to take her to a doctor. I am not sure what Treehouse is but I am assuming its a children's show. Maybe she likes the characters on it.

Tree House Disney? Maybe she likes to shows, that is not to bad. Using wipes, they make wipes for adults too, sometimes you want to feel fresh without a whole shower.
The bowel accidents are a big red flag, she needs to get checked, she could have a big medical issue or something small like being lactose intolerant (causing diarrhea to hit you fast)
Talk to her folks or yours, she really needs to get to her pediatrician to get the bowl thing checked.

ok, watching the television show is a little to childish, but yep, I'd take her to the dr.'s just to make sure she dont have a bladder infection. Its not a weird question. A very concerned person who is curious! :)

I use baby wipes for that all over fresh feeling, so not weird on that one. Tv program yes, accidents yes. You need to find out if she is doing this for attention or is it something else?

As long as her development is up to speed in the other important area's, I wouldn't worry to much. Per chance is there a new baby or new husband in the picture.
