St. John's Wort is sold without a prescription; however, there are some medications it shouldn't be combined with and some medical conditions it shouldn't be taken with.
Also, completely natural are relaxation exercises, some of which focus you on your breathing and visual imagery. As many say, "laughter is the best medicine."

You could try St. John's Wort, but it had horrible side effects for me!! Be aware that just because it's natural doesn't mean it's not a drug, and be careful using it.
