If i had a daughter and she told me she wanted to be a stripper ! I would talk to her about the dangers and tell her that it would ruin her reputation as being a women . I know i wouldn't support her . Its dangerous for a women to portray her body that way to men . Besides their is a lot of crazy people out their and i wouldn't want my daughter, sister, aunt,or my mother doing something so dangerous. IT like being on drugs! I don't like it!!!! its degrading !!!!!!!!

I'd ask her if stripping was the only thing she had ambition for. It is a legitimate career choice but will only last as long as her body does. I would encourage her to get an education in preparation for the time when her body does give out so she would still have a means to support herself independently.

I would be disappointed, but I would not try to control her life. We all make choices good or bad, it is our right to do so.

I would support anything my daughter wanted to do that was not unsafe or illegal. (I raised 3). A lot depends on their age. As they get older, you can discuss the pro's and con's as you see them, but when they're 18, they get to make their own decisions. Show love and respect. Don't criticize them even if you think the idea is bad. You can discuss the idea and should.
