actually...the size of potato, or number of potatoes doesn't matter that much! the way it works is--how much time do you have? want the potatoe(s) done in 45 mins? put it at 450 degrees
1 hr - 400 degrees (this potato will have chewy inedible skin)
2 hrs - 350 degrees (skin is edible, potato is good)
3+hrs - 300 degrees (this yields the tenderest potato)

350, but why don't you jazz it up a bit? Use this recipe, it's one of my favorites.

I put them in at 325 for 2-2 1/2 hours. Cooking them at a lower temp for longer time makes them so nice and soft. I also like them with or without the tin foil.

350 degrees, but i preffere not wrapped in foil because then your just basically getting a steamed potatoe. Get em started in the microwave for about 3 mins. then bake em.

350 degrees F, but I wouldn't wrap them in foil. I like them with crispy skin so I bake them without foil at 350 for 1 hour.

I typically bake mine on 450, my mother bakes hers on 400. cook them until they are tender all the way through when you insert a fork through the thickest part of the potato

400 F for about 1 hour

I bake mine at 450 degrees for one hour without the tin foil. Baking them without foil crisps the skin and baking them in foil really steams the potato and skin making it soggy.
