i need advice please! i just started working for a company thats main office is in another state but has just expanded to mine due to growth in my states market in the companies buisness which is ice cream all name brand they pay me a salary to deliver of 38,000 no weekends a company cell phone at my disposal and average benefits which the company will pay you not to use them,the number of employees are 3 including me and i'm 34yrs old. i want to stop job hopping but this company so far is a little slow with there administrative buisness an it has me a little leary because i'm looking for longevity its also aprox.18mi from my home
heres the twist a fortune 500 company is offering me an hourly rate hourly rate thats = $5000 less per yr than the other company a 401k and i would have to work my way up,no weekends an out of site benefits and its 5 miles from my home whats your opinion.

The question that need to be answered here is not the miles from home, nor the 401K, nor the difference in pay but you have to ask yourself which job will I be the happiest doing? If you enjoy your job it is less of a job and easier to go in day after day. That is a question only you can answer.
