ok, before you start calling me a bad driver.

Heres the horrible luck i am in.

I came here for help, so help me.

First thing i did..a month into my license, i got into a car crash, totalled my car.

8 months later, i get a new car.

I back up into someone in a parking lot, barely anything really, but i dented a car, so i had to have my insurance cover their car. (my truck is fine).

then 2 months after that, i get a speeding ticket. (havent we all).. it was for going 30 over the limit. (one of them late at night, no ones on the road).

ok the court date for the speeding ticket isnt til august 8. My mom is being chill about it, because i have the 300 dollars already..(barely).

so...my situation is alll taken care of..because of traffic school im gonna take for the ticket.

...but

..

im down by the beach, i just BARELY roll this stop sign.
a cop on a bicycle pulls me over.

gives me a ticket for loud music, and rolling a stop sign.

see my situation.

what will happen?

help

You may want to ask someone for a loan to pay for all these fines. Youir driving record sucks but i don't think you'll loose your license. It's going to cost you though. 30 mph over the limit and I would have towed your car and provided you transportation to the jail. At night or not, the limit is the limit. Play it cool as these charges will not show up at the same time to the court. Just be ready to pay them all off.

As to what the judge will do, we can't answer that for sure. You know you have the fine for the big speeding ticket, and you know you have the other violations. I suggest that you dress in the most conservative clothes you own, neat hair and limit the jewelry. Go in the courtroom with your Mom, and respectfully speak to the judge. Make eye contact with the judge, answer yes sir, no sir and speak up. Explain just what you did - and that you are now driving as careful as a grandma. If you show respect for the judge and the system, he might not suspend your license. I don't know how old you are or what state you are in. It may be automatic - depends on the laws of the state.

Not trying to scare you, but just being honest.

30 miles over the speed limit is fast enough to kill you - if your Mama didn't tell you - please slow down. Nobody wants you to be the next story in the newspaper.

What will happen?: It's up to the judge. If I was him, I would hit you with the maximums. In less than a year you were in two accidents, got a ticket for 30 over the speed limit (and no, not everyone gets these) and rolled a stop sign. I'm seeing a pattern, are you?

Pleading no contest does not keep the ticket off of your record. If it did, everyone would run around, get tickets and then just plead non contest.

I would hit you with the maximums as well.. You're getting out of hand! First of all, stop all the way at stop signs. It's the law, and it's only one extra second it takes to stop, then go. Thirty over the speed limit is bad, dude.. You have to obey the law! The faster you're going the worse the crash is.. What if you're hit something on the road and your tire blew out and you're going, what, 30 mph over the speed limit, so thats 70/80/90!?

I hope you can pay your fines.

Look at things from the judge's point of view. You have an atrocious driving record. Remember that driving school is something that is given to good drivers who made a mistake.

It is extremely doubtful that you are going to be able to talk him into traffic school for 30 over the limit.

Depends on what state you're in, but in most states your license would get suspended for a certain number of months. Your insurance cost will also increase. You can start driving again after the suspension ends, and I'm sure you will be more careful.

It sounds like you need to grow up and start taking responsibility for your own actions. To drive an automobile is a great responsibility. Ive been driving for 31 years and havent had one ticket.. You dont seem to get it. Laws are made for reasons. Speed limits are there to save lives, just like stop signs are. 30 mph over? Do me a favor and get a
clue before you kill somebody and then start whining about it
being their fault.

A attorney won't help except he nevertheless has courtroom dates coming. i don't understand this component of your question "they advised my buddy that he would not have the license back a year later the year has handed yet they nevertheless advised my buddy that they gained't supply the license back" He has to confirm if his license is suspended, if so for a fashion long, and basically wait. in the event that they REVOKED his license then he needs to realize this yet which will probable require some waiting additionally.

Usually you can make a deal with the prosecutor. They may let you plea no contest and you still have to pay the fine but it doesn't go on your record. But since you are such a young, new, driver, they may not give you any breaks.
