he's a friend, that I happen to sleep with, but I think, that's about it. We've known eachother for 6 years. I find myself having feelings for him every once in a while, then they go away, but come back.

There is no quick fix. If you find yourself emotionally attached, then you need to stop having sex with him.

That's the problem right there you have to stop sleeping with him. If you know he doesn't like you in that way so you say then why keep giving him something that is supposed to be precious to you. Plus it sounds like he could be playing games I just couldn't see why he would sleep with you if he doesn't like you enough to date you. Have you ever heard the statement " Why buy the cow when you can have the milk for Free" THINK ABOUT IT. GOOD LUCK!!!!

are you sure you need to get over him if you dont have feelings for him all the time? Has he told you he doesnt have feelings for you?
Theres nothing worse than liking someone that doesnt like you back, but i would make sure first. never hurts to talk to him about it and let him know. good luck, miss!

Distract yourself. When you catch yourself thinking about him, change your mental channel. If possible, avoid places that both of you went together. Do you have keepsakes from special moments? Dump them. Hang out with your friends, do things. Above all, release him in your mind.

this might tick him off.... but tell him if he wants that part of you.. he has to take all of you as well. (if thats what you want).
or if you just want the feelings to go away, then just stop sleeping with him. hes only using you after all.
