Make sure he likes you before you hurt his feelings by assuming. Not all gay people are attracted to everyone of the same sex like many people assume.
If you're sure he is or as close to it as you could be, politely tell him that you are not interested in him romantically.

Set the ground rules for the friendship. If your friend can't respect the boundaries, then the friendship will not work. Make that known.

well if he has come to you and told you that he likes you, then you just go to him and say "im not interested in you, im not gay". i wouldnt really do or say anything unless hes told you or you know for a fact that he likes you. other wise you are most likely going to end up looking stupid.

HONESTY! Tell him the truth and let him get on with his life. Why lead him on or is it that YOU are undecided. Think about it. why the stall? If your a dick tucker then you accept his offer and if your not, tell him that. its your choice.
