I Like to at least have a general idea about those things as it helps me to know the person (in this case... Angel). It helps me relate to her and understand her... Well "you" is the term I should use... not her(-:

I do not see a need for that ... your relationship is with that person, not with their family ... while it would be great to have the perfect family and get along great with them, it is the person you are with that matters and nothing else....

yes that is a good idea but dont confront him about it if you find out something you dont want to hear about! i think you can find out his crimanal back ground and if he has ever been married that is a good idea!!!
