Very sexy push up by Victoria Secret works wonderss.. makes my little A's look twice the size. If you cant afford a Victoria bra I recommend Lily of France bras.. idk the name of it but that brand makes a push up bra with a buckle in the middle to squeeze boobs together for cleavage. I also wear that. Good luck!

Okay first of all get your hands on a measuring tape and get your exact bra size!

You can do this wearing a bra under your shirt. Just as long as it's not a push up or anything, your every day bra will do.

Take the tape and measure it around below your breasts, that will be your BAND size. When measuring, make sure you don't hold the tape to tight or too loose, just right leaving a bit of breathing room.

Then, take the tape and measure your bust. The tape should go all the way around and placed on the center of your breasts. That will be your CUP size. Now to get your actual size you have to do a simple calculation.

For example, if you are 32 band size ( bottom of your breasts) and are 34 around your breasts, you are a 32 B. Your cup is a B.

If you are 1 inch from your band size you are an A. For 2 inches, it's B...for 3 it's a C... etc.

GapBody and Victoria's secret are great places. But then again you can try your regular Walmart. Stores like American Eagle and Wet Seal have their own portion of bras and panties. TRY THEM ON and make sure they feel right!

Have a bra fitting done in the store. You just ask the dressing room attendant to do a bra fitting and they go in the dressing room with you and measure you across the fullest part of your bust and your chest to determine what size bra you should be wearing. If you're between cup sizes, be aware that there are bras sold in half sizes (nearly A, nearly B, etc.) but I think it's only one brand that makes them (Playtex, I think). Let the person doing your fitting know what you are looking for, probably push-up or Wonderbra type designs, along with some comfy tee shirt bras for when you don't want to dress up. Make sure you get a good strapless bra, too! Whatever you do, don't buy bras at a discount chain store! I won't tell you not to go to JC Penney's, but I was really dissatisfied last time I bought bras there. My favorite bras are from Fashion Bug, and I recommend going there for moderately priced, decent quality ones.

that is odd how could you think you wore an a and b cup to an e . it is drastic. sister sizes dont really work that way .on e cup sized breast a b wouldnt just feel to small the entire breast would be out of the bra. that is an impossible mistake to make. now if you were a d cup i'd understand. if you were really an f who noticed the a cup was too small you should have known to go up more than 1 cup size. im sure your mom is right. your boobs wouldnt suffocate they wouldnt even be in the bra. also youre proably not a 28 if you were wearing a 34. unless you lost alot of weight and your breast stayed the same size

If you go to victoria's secret, they can measure you for the proper fitting bra, and make some suggestions. I was wearing the wrong size for years before I went there!

It should not be too hard to find a bra that fits. Usually padded bras look best under your clothes. You should be fine. You could also ask for advice at a lingery shop.
I tend to have more difficulty finding a bikini with a top that fits...somehow manufacturers haven't thought of making bikini tops for everyone...they're allways too big which is very frustrating

There are slip ins called chicken cutlets that fit under your natural breast in the cup of your bra that will make you appear larger. Go for bra's that have underwire and are push-up. If you are really having a hard time finding a bra that fits, you can have one custom made for you, and they are not much more expensive than the ready made bra's in department stores.

Go to a nicer department store (like Nordstrom or something of that caliber). Have an associate help you with a fitting. They will measure you and tell you what size you are. Then buy something you like. If don't want to spend the amount they'll charge at a Nordstrom, then go someplace more affordable. But they will tell you your size for free.

Go to a high-end department store, like Macy's or even someplace like JCPenney. They will measure you to ensure that you're wearing the correct size. And if they don't carry your size, I'm sure they could custom order bras for you.

BE SURE TO GET MEASURED! I saw a show that "Oprah" did on bras and about 90% of women (small cheasted or big cheasted) wear the wrong size...

Good Luck!
