Listen to some good music, do things that make you happy, surround yourself with positive people. Pamper yourself for a day, take a trip to the beach. Lots of times just getting away from whatever is making you unhappy will always make you feel better.

Well what I used to do is endorse myself in a 'emo' sort of feeling. Not for sexual fantasies, lmao, but just for the sure though of it thinking it might've been better if I wasn't born.

Now that I refuse to be a loner after entering High School, I seek friends and talk with them as I slowly lead them into the conversation without them really noticing. This way, we can talk without me looking ... well ... bad - or something, lol.

Another thing I do is log onto my computer and lightl play some of my favorite sogs in the backround while I draw.

Depends on how unhealthy of an afternoon it's ..blank residence, opt for force close water and appear on the view, pass to the fitness center, take a tub, pedicure, comedy film on DVD. Anything low cost that maintains me busy and non self destructuve is my means. I do not almost always name a pal, speakme approximately it does now not particularly paintings. I almost always try to steer clear of dialog while I am having a foul day. Taurus

I try "dog kicking"; it's an enjoyable sport and it gives me the opportunity to work on techniques to try to improve my range and distance. Since that doesn't work for everyone, writing or some other form of self-expression is helpful for getting in touch with latent emotions and arriving at the root of your discomfort. Talking to non-judgmental people you trust is also helpful provided they aren't the type of people who like to one-up you or match you, misery for misery. Lastly, I always try to see the bigger picture; that even through trials I am forced to grow and improve, and that is a blessing in itself; this broadens the perspective. You would never fully appreciate a sunny day if it never rained. (Everyday above ground is a good day)!

I listen to my Ipod.

I have a play-list call "My Happy Place" with a mix of everything from Reggae, R&B, very old stuff to new stuff, I even have a few tracks from Foreign Artist, different languages etc. even though i have no idea what they singing about it just relaxes me and does just that...takes me to my Happy Place.

Go out and be around friends, watch a movie, take a hot bath, get a manicure, anything you like to do that makes you feel better and gets your mind off what's troubling you.

i listen to my ipod and rock out in my room, and since my best friend lives next door, i can just call her over, and she always helps me through my sh*t. its nice for me to just do what i love the most, which is listen to music, and the other best thing to me is to be with my fdriends. if you like being alone, go with music. if not, call a friend. i hope your day turns out ok.
