You do have some focus problems. There are a couple of pretty good images there, the raspberries and the boat rib, and the skyline.
Straighten your horizons, the tilt is a distraction, landscapes need straight horizons to be effective.
Your people shots are too uniform and poorly lit. Bad angles, etc. It seems all the teenagerish people take many shots like yours, so maybe it is just a Flickr phase, or something. Portraits taken at close distance using wide angle and direct flash are rarely flattering.
I suggest getting some books on beginning photography. I "Understanding Exposure", by Bryan Peterson is a great source to understand lighting. Study your camera manual and learn about your camera settings and how they affect your picture. Visit professional websites and look at their photos. Study the lighting and composition. Try to duplicate them in your own world.
Photography is a fun and rewarding hobby. Practice a lot and have fun!

It's a good concept. However, the majority of the photo is blurry, even the flower, in the foreground does not have any crispiness or sharpness to it. There is nothing in perfect focus and that is not good.
This would be a great photo if the view were turned more to the flower. Keep the same framing just different angle, get a minimum of six feet away from the flower. You fail to say what type of camera you are using. However, get eight to ten feet away, turn the lens to infinity and you should get an end result that produces an awesome photo. The above description is assuming that you have some type of zoom effect on your lens, if you don't then don't worry, simply crop the photo until such a point where the flower is in the desired area of foreground. You should have a great photo. Hope that helps.

I like the photos of the raspberries the best and also the image of the boat ribs. You have isolated the subject, simplified the image and emphasized what the shot is about. Your landscape work appears to be better than your people photos. However, even your landscapes have a common problem of the horizon line not being level. This makes the images give your brain a "tilt" as it were, trying to straighten out the line in your mind's eye. This detracts from the image because your "eye" wants to fix it. Level off your horizon line and your images will improve by not having that as a distraction.
Your people photos don't appear to be more than "amaturish" snapshots. They don't convey much of a message, and with images being out of focus it makes it even harder to look at them. Try thinking about "what am I trying to say with this photo" before shooting them. Otherwise, even if you get a handle on the focus problem, they're just snapshots of friends, nothing more than a record of the moment. They may mean something to you because they remind you of the moment, but without that shared experience, no one else will "get" what the image is about.
That's me, being honest.

I love the flower part, but the blurry background takes away from the picture instead of enhancing it.
