What spiritual disciplines come easily to you?

I am just wondering cuz it can be very hard for me personally.

I find any discipline difficult including spiritual ones.

If it were easy, it would not be a discipline. Meditating is something I do on a daily basis.

Compassion, empathy, and mercy come easily. I'm also an intercessor. That's about it, lol.
