Poor guy! I can see where he might be embarrassed to tell you if he's having stomach problems, and he may be afraid that it will hurt your feelings - maybe you'll think he didn't like what you made or whatever. You'll need to get him to tell you if something you are making is upsetting his stomach so you can avoid those things later.
In the meantime, I would definitely go see a doctor. He could be allergic to something or he could have a serious intestinal problem. Having diarrhea for a week can also dehydrate him.
Foods that are easy on the stomach are generally mild, comfort foods, like chicken (just lightly seasoned and grilled or baked), pasta with a mild buttery sauce, steamed vegetables, soup, etc. You could try making a homemade hearty chicken noodle soup:
2 1/2 cups wide egg noodles
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
12 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup water
3 cups diced, cooked chicken meat
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and oil, and boil for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and rinse under cool running water.
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine broth, salt, and poultry seasoning. Bring to a boil. Stir in celery and onion. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Gradually add to soup, stirring constantly. Stir in noodles and chicken, and heat through.
Good luck!!

Bananas are a good stomach filler. He might have an irritable bowel and the lining of his stomach may be exposed and so bananas are fibrous and very neutralising and are good at lining the stomach.
Another thing would be to give him oats. Not as a specifically main meal but as it will fill him up and not leave him hungry which will line his stomach and give his lining time to renew itself becuase the thing with such problems is that we have to eat and this stops the problems from heaing themselves.
Soup is always a good option in these cases and camomile tea is very soothing and neutralising also.
Try country vegetable soup(i.e. barle, carrot, celery, brockley, etc). Very earty and also comforting to the bowels.
semolina is a good choice for a pudding too.

nicely i'm no guy, yet speaking from assertion, i might say it would not truthfully count number see you later because of the fact the guy quite loves the girl, whether or not she would be in a position to cook dinner is irrelevant. maximum guy's reason they might continuously purchase take out or consume from their mum and dad' abode. yet some females who won't be in a position to cook dinner or do not decide for to, make the attempt to realize this whilst they enter right into a relationship. They purchase cook dinner books and attempt the a number of recipes which help to hone their cooking qualifications. So even however some females won't be chefs basically before assembly their adult males, they the best thank you to. So I see no reason cooking qualifications shoud be a considerable factor in a relationship, reason it is not rocket technological expertise, everybody can do it. And if all fails, there is usually a cafe, fastfood outlet/some foodstuff broker or his confirm's abode.

Stay away from MSG, a food additive. It is commonly found in soy sauce and seasonings, so check the label for MSG or 'Monosodimglutamate'. It can really irritate some people's intestines.
He really needs to tell you which foods flare up his 'problem' so that you can cook around them.

Stay away from spicy, greasy, citrus, and excessive amounts of dairy.
Good choices would be heavy on the carbs - like some pasta or chicken noodle soup.

That's tough. You really need to find out, professionally, what the issues are and then you figure on what he can have and not have.
Different things affect differently.
