pretty much all banks, the post office
but ull get an awful exchange rate cause dollars are worth so little at the moment compared to the pound probs not that much to the euro either id expect

also u will get charged by banks for changing your currency the post office is free however they tend to have the worst exchange rate

You can ask at the PNC but unless you're in and area with alot of tourists they might not have foreign currency on hand. Any bank "can" do it, but they often have to order the foreign currencies from other branches.
Look for the closest American Express Travel office.

Or another currency exchange type place like Thomas Cooke, etc.

They only exchange notes as far as I am aware, look just put all your £1s in one of the clear plastic change bags available from any bank & exchange them for £10 notes at a bank or post office then you can change the £10 notes when you get here.

Try and find a Federal Reserve bank. That's where my professor told me to exchange my money before I went to Europe.
