criminal activity, would there be enough evidence against you to convict you of it?

I'd be in the slammer. Sadly, I'm not so sure I won't get the chance to prove this is true in our lifetime....

There would be great evidence! But I say, "bring it on. No prison bars or devil in hell will ever be able to stop me or my brothers and sisters in the Lord from spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ." For being found a friend of Jesus is truly worth any and all costs.

Theres no evidence of me being christian, however, i'd be sure to break a lot of laws in my protest over losing my constitutional rights, and happily convicted.

Yes definatly they'd put me in so quick, I wouldn't be able to hardly blink. I love God with my whole heart, and if they try to convict me of it then God help us, because we should be able to practice religion openly, the constitution gives us that right...God's plan for us is unknown but I have him on my side when the hard times come. He is my rock and salvation. Besides maybe in jail I'd be able to witness to other convicts, and bring them to God...but I hope this Free Country never comes to that.
God Bless You (I'd claim it under a death sentence)

Certainly not me. There is a historical parallel: the Soviet Union condemned Christianity (and all other religions) as the "opiate of the masses", and tried to squelch all of them -- with little success. This suggests that religion has its attractions, notwithstanding the fact that it is nonsense (in the literal meaning of that word).

They would have more then enough evidence to convict me and I would go down praising God and Loving Jesus Christ.

Actually yes. And the weird thing is, I'm a Pagan. But I probably have more bibles and concordances, lexicons, etc than any other person I know.

In a society that cooks up a thing like that there surely will be ways to prove it too, no matter who is considered.

I am not one to shout it from the street or rooftop. it is more of a personal thing. After all it is up to us inside to make things right with the higher power. If I got in trouble, hopefully it would be for my good deeds and/or actions. .

I'm affraid so, I attend church regularly my neighbors know that I am a christian, my family knows, my friends know. And I would proclaim the name of Jesus even if it was criminalized to do so.
