He took the pictures but he didn't put them on the Internet? Someone did and if it wasn't him then it was someone he showed them too that new they were there. Either way......

Don't let anyone else take pics of you in the future. Many women have let their boyfriends do this. Then they break up and next thing you know.....

The phrasing of your question makes me think you are really young. I wish I could help you.

1. If pictures from his room found there way onto the Internet, is is extremely likely he had something to do with it.
2. Unless you gave someone written permission to post the photos, you can demand the be removed. Your age in not important in that regard.
3. The police can't do anything without a court order, even if you were under age when the photos were taken.
4. Even if the website cooperates with your request to remove the photos, once something is on the Internet, it is ALWAYS somewhere on the Internet.

I would report her to the site admin with a strongly worded letter. This child is NOT "Kasey"s so she has no reason to have them in the first place. Prosecute to the fullest extent the law will allow. If the police aren't doing anything, call child abuse lines. Someone has to help you. There is NO way in HELL I'd EVER tolerate EITHER of my children having this done to them and I'm glad your sister (in law?) Isn't either. Local magistrate's offices can help as well to press a civil law suit against her. Good luck hun. I feel sorry for the child and the childs mother. Its a shame the father isn't doing anything.

You wont like the answer, but i don't think there's much you can do. As you consented to the pictures being taken in the first place, and as long as you are over the legal age then I'm not sure you can do anything other than ask for them to be taken down. Sorry maybe other people have had this happen to them and know more on the subject.

Even if you found out who did it, those pictures are on the web, forever. If Paris Hilton and others like her with their mega-millions can't stop photo's of them being published, what chance do you have?

The cops would have a hard time going after someone, unless they have substantial proof. Proving something and knowing something are two different animals.

Your boyfriend's going to have to figure out where those pictures were and who exactly had access to them. If he can't or won't smoke out the guilty party, I'd have to say he did it.

The cops will only tell you to try and contact the webmaster of the sites and have them removed. If the operator of the site does not, then I would press charges. The problem is how many times will someone copy them for sites and add to others? Hopefully, this will not be the case and you can get this resolved.

Never let anyone take naked pictures of you ever even your boyfriend. Its kind of your fault! Did you not learn the lesson from "One night in Paris"

First of all, why did he have naked pictures of you? Couldn't he just LOOK at you naked?

First thing you have to do is find a way to prove who did it. Then you have that person remove them or threaten to go to the cops.

And quit taking nudie pics!

If you're legal adult and consented to having those pictures taken there's nothing that can be done. You can ask the webmaster of the website to remove them.
