I refuse to use it, because I can't tolerate aspirin very well. But one of my wife's co-workers told her that she and her family have been using it to treat stomachaches for years and that it works great.

Anyone here still use Alka Seltzer? From what I understand, it was very popular during the 1950s and 1960s, but it isn't used much anymore.

I use Alka Seiltzer, and have since I was a teenager.
Indigestion, upset stomach, tummy ache, head ache.
Give it a try ,unless you cannot support sodium in your blood stream.If you have high Blood pressure, or on a sodium free diet.

Hell, yeah, I still use it. Best thing in the world for upset stomach. Never go anywhere without it. True story..

ALWAYS, AND I'M NOT ANCIENT YET??? I HAVE STRONGER MED'S TO DUE MEDICAL PROBEMS, BUT ALKA SELTZER I FEEL IS STILL THE "WONDER DRUG" IT ALWAYS, ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME.
