It helps to say a prayer just before your part in the school, and then take a deep breath and let it out slowly, a couple of times. During your part concentrate on each scripture and slow down some when you read them. Remember that everyone in your audience is freindly and non judgemental, which of course is a lot different from the internet here. If you can face this group with some of these mean people in it you should have no problem facing a group of people who are your spiritual brothers and sisters.

First off congratulations...it is a privilege to have a part in the meeting....the only thing i can really suggest that would help is to do what you are already doing practice...and pray. Before you go on stage to give your talk...take a few deep breaths...and do a silent prayer again...it helps...even if it is just a little...don't think about messing up...even if you do...who cares? You gave it your best shot...and we all enjoy a good laugh when we may make a mistake on stage...Hmmm...maybe you can practice your talk and video tape it and watch it or have a few friends come over and watch you go over it with your sis...wish you the best...and remember it doesn't matter how long most of us have been in the truth or how ever many parts we give...most of us usually get nervous...

Hey there Sis!
Remember that your Brothers and Sisters around the world are giving the SAME part! They are nervous also....All the brothers and sister in the audience want whats best for you and are so proud of you, as I am now since now I know you are giving your first talk! Congrats!!!!! Keep up the fine work!!! So if you stumble here or there, or if you are a bit tied to your notes, its Ok!! Nobody is perfect!! You made the effort and are doing what you are supposed to! Just pray to Jehovah to help calm you down and remember your talk and you will be just fine.

Keep praying. And remember that your brothers and sisters are all your friends, and we want you to succeed. Make sure to breathe deeply. Relax each group of muscles at a time. Everything is going to be o.k. I remember my first part on the school. You will have nervousness, but your brothers and sisters will encourage you.

That's great! Just relax, everybody's just rapt that your taking this step. Who cares whether its perfect or not, that's just the point. Brothers and sisters who have been in the Truth for 40yrs still get counsel. Remember its not criticism but just comments on how we can continually polish our teaching skills up. Good on you!

Rev kip they may laugh first but the bible shows they wont laugh last....
the apostles of Jesus didnt attend no seminary they were ordinary unlettered men taught by Jesus himself he was not at a siminary.....Acts 4:13.
Sis, on your bible part right as youre walking on stage just take a deep breath and also another deep one when you sit down let it out slowly. i like to always do the pray-prepare-practice-present routine usually works for me.
And dont pay any attention to these critiques" the witnesses have helped over 6million & counting to find the truth these critiques havent helped A one, except maybe "themselves".
