How much should you pay a driver who's making an out-of-state move for you?

If its the driver for a moving company....nothing. The company is already raping you on the cost of the move, and the driver IS GETTING PAID by them.

Are you covering all his/her expenses? Food, lodging (if needed)? I'd think $100/day is reasonable.
