i was wondering if this tooth whitening system is safe? its the kind with the trays and the opalescense gel. and how long does it take to see results?

If you are talking about the opalescence that is sold through the dentist office, then yes it is safe. Even the over the counter ones at the drug store are safe. They all have to be approved by the FDA before they are sold, if you want something stronger than the drug store brands, you get that from the dentist. Each syringe of gel lasts for a few applications and they vary in the amount of peroxide depending on what you need. You can usually see results in a few days/week. And yes, this is the kind in the trays.
