Yes it will show up. Maybe you should lay off the pot indefinately, because it obviously impairs your judgement. Why would you smoke pot 3 days before a drug test? If it was a suprise drug test, why are you smoking pot when you have the potential for suprise drug test?
What ever happened to common sense?

Yes.
One month. A friend of mine gargled a gallon of vinegar and says she passed the test, but she's prone to making stuff up.
Why would you smoke knowing you had a swab test? Sheesh.

Wow...bummer. Next time go to a Head Shop and buy a product that will clean your system. Also, if you're a smoker it is important you regularly use Milk Thistle caps to detox.
But, as so many before me have said...you won't be hired.
