It could be normal. Things that can afect your sex drive are stress, the food you eat, the amount of sleep, and other environmental variables. Also, if you over do it like too much sex or too much masturbation can affect your sex drive. So a healthy living will translate into a healthier sex live. My advice is not to worry about it too much. Give it a break and it will come back. Is kind of cyclical. Now, if it doesn't come back after 1 month or more then I would start to worry. Ofcourse this is assuming you took care of the other factors. If you are under a lot of stress from work or are feeling depress your sex drive may suffer until you take care of the problem. this applies to all aspects of your life.

While a healthy diet and vitamins can help. They are only one part of the whole picture.

No doubt worrying about your diminished sex drive is also in itself affecting your sex drive. Try relieving stress with a combination of a more nutritious diet, a multi-vitamin supplement, exercise, and getting more sleep. Also, you don't mention the root cause of your stress. If it's grief. Time will sort that out, though you may try grief counseling as well. If it's job stress you may want to speak with your human resources director about taking some time off, or scheduling a vacation after your current project is done. Or if you're a supervisor, you may want to try delegating a bit more work to an assistant of yours. If you have money worries, you may want to go over your expenses with a financial planner, or get a part-time job on the weekends etc.

In any case don't just look to one thing to solve your stress problem. Treat the body and the mind together. Good luck to you.

I have felt this way before. I have found alcohol tends to lighten up the stress and allow your mind to be free for a little while. I have had money issues that constantly keep me in the gutter. But I budget 20 bucks for a night of some drinks and then you loosen up and don't care about the small stuff. Give it a try.

Vitamins or other medication isn't always the solution... unless you're certain that it isn't a psychological problem. Nope, i'm not saying you've gone mental, but for some, the healing begins with the mind. Some who experience a low sex drive and clear their minds up find that their capacity to engage in longer encounters increases.. without any medical help..
